What is a tweetup?
Tweetup is the term coined for when people who correspond on Twitter get together offline. Let’s face it, if you love corresponding with people on Twitter you are going to have a blast when you meet them in real life.
What are Tweetup Badges?
Tweetup Badges are name tags that have been custom printed for groups or individuals for use at tweetup events. Each badge includes the person’s username and real name, as well as a group name (if the user is affiliated with a specific Twitter or tweetup group).
As our tagline says, “Tweetup Badges help you put names to faces in the offline world”.

How are they made?
Tweetup Badges are produced by thermal printing layers of monochrome colors on high quality PVC card stock. The card stock is the same size and thickness as a standard credit card.
We start by printing a large @ symbol in the center of blank PVC cards, available in many stock colors including metallic gold, metallic silver and metallic copper. We then print the name of the tweetup group at the top of the card, first name in the middle and the Twitter username at the bottom.
The cards are finished up by punching a slot in the top of the card where you can hook your lanyard.
